Delivery and conditions
All prices are included 25% Danish vat, but excluding shipping. Some countries also have local taxes, that I am not to be held responsible for.
Following payments are accepted: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, PayPal and bank transfer (orders will be shipped, when the payment is registered).
Shipping costs are calculated before check out.
Your order will be sent within 4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by email. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
As I only produce in small batches, I cannot offer a return if you regret a purchase, but you are welcome to make an exchange. Please wrap and pack very carefully, to be sure that the items you would like to exchange are not damaged during shipping. If broken upon receival, an exchange can not be issued. If pottery arrives broken? As soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible to what may happen to it. If your item is damaged please email shop@kristinevedeladeltoft.dk with a picture of the broken part as soon as you have received the package and I will sort out a replacement or refund with the carrier.
Hvis din vare er beskadiget ved modtagelse, bedes du sende en e-mail til shop@kristinevedeladeltoft.dk med billeder af emballage og vare(r), så snart du har modtaget pakken, så vil jeg forestå en en evt. reklamation med fragtfirmaet.
