Cup with handle, Korselitze

Hånddrejet kop med hank. Koppen er hånddrejet i stentøjsler og efterfølgende glaseret med en meget forskelligartet smuk, grøn glasur, som jeg har opkaldt efter de smukke skove, der hører til Corselitze Gods på Østfalster. Glasuren changerer både mat og blank samt mørk og lys samtidig med at den fremhæver tallerknens facon og fingrenes arbejde på fineste vis.

The forest is so beautiful and with different types of wood – for example beech, birch, cypress and many more – as well as ivy and honeysuckle that wrap around the trunks. Many old trees are preserved - it benefits, among other things, the bats well off. In some places the forest is dark due to dense tree crowns, in other places the sun's rays are reflected in the leaves and form wild variations of all kinds of green. The forest continues almost all the way to the water's edge and every year the Baltic Sea steals a small piece of the slope, so the outermost trees have to die.
